PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The 103rd Annual 4th of July Patriotic Salute was held in Portsmouth. Hosted by the Cradock Civic League and presented by Bon Secours, TowneBank and Navy Federal Credit Union. The celebration featured a parade, prizes, a DJ and family fun. Special guest speaker was United States Coast Guard Commander James Cullen.
