SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A missing 20-year-old Suffolk man who has a diminished mental capacity was located safely in Gloucester Tuesday, police confirmed.
Edward Raashon Osbourne was last seen around 1 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Berry Ridge Lane. He’s 5-foot-9 inches tall and around 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a navy blue hoodie with a thin white stripe and jeans.
Police considered him endangered. At 9:30 a.m., police confirmed that he had been found and is safe.
